SHAD is an addictive emcee with an addictive flow, lyrics that take time to decipher, and production that slightly reminds me of Nicolay. Canadian born and London bred, Shad created his first album, "When This is Over album" as the manifestation of his hard work after winning a radio show contest, pocketing $17,500. With this money, he singlehandedly took care of producing the beats, writing the lyrics, mixing the tracks and pressing the albums. That's fkn dedication!! That's what makes him so GOOD! Shad possesses a laid-back, witty flow that's not totally devoid of humor. This doesn't mean that he doesn't take his rap career seriously.
