It's been 2 years since I was asked to be his girlfriend over the new jumbotron at the Giant's and A's game. And i can honestly say, I have never been happier! He's made every month feel like it's first.
When exchanging gifts, I received the cutest star charm to add to the 1 year anniversary bracelet! He received another volume to OUR book i created...

We decided to getaway from the flashing neon lights and head to a place with a different kind of life, a life filled with trees, parks, the ocean, the magnificent scenery, the underground music, rare animals, orgasmic eateries, friendly people
... San Diego.

I love the green grass, warm sun, and cool breeze...

... and the FOOOOOOOOD!!!!
Hash House a GoGo, a MUST try in SD (or in Vegas)! Their GINORMOUS portions is not a decoy for the taste because this is the tastiest brunch i've EVER had... Andy's Sage Fried Chicken draped with maple reduction over eggs, bacon, mashed potatoes & a warm biscuit. OMG!

Then EXTRAordinary Desserts was definitely out of the ordinary! Who else makes Carot Creme Brulee Cake this fkn GREAT?!

Watched the sunset over the pier at Mission Bay. I miss watching the sun kiss the ocean in a bed of sherbet filled skies.

Before we headed back to the city of sin, we HAD to stop by an underground hip hop music spot in the Pacifica area. 45 minutes after the store was supposed to be close, we walked out with new friends, 7 albums, free shirt, posters, and stickers.
For dinner, we went to a local favorite recommended by our new friends, The World of Curry. Yes, every curry you could possibly have in how ever way you'd like it! We devoured into spicy panang curry with chicken and veggies with a thai iced tea! Don't let the picture fool you, their portions are HUGE!

Overall, our getaway was nothing less than perfect!! We both look forward to going back for sure!
i <3 SD.
